Fans of K-dramas and Korean society, in general, are aware that when two celebrities are dating, their relationship is usually kept under wraps and their relationship is rarely made public. As a result, some viewers may be astonished to learn that the prominent couples in popular dramas actually dated in real life. These on-screen lovers have dated off-screen and are now married in certain circumstances.


10: Ji Sung & Lee Bo-Young (Save The Last Dance For Me)

Ji Sung and Lee Bo-Young portrayed Kang Hyun-Woo and Yoon Soo-Jin, respectively, in the 2004 drama Save the Last Dance For Me. Soo-Jin, played by Bo-Young, is Hyun-soon-to-be Woo’s fiancée, but her heart is taken by the main female character.
